Q. I am a retail customer, can I purchase from this website?
A. We are a wholesale company aiming to sell to businesses but there is no restriction if you are willing to pay a delivery cost of £15.00 for orders under £100.

Q. I cannot find a product?
A. If you know the items SKU enter into the search box above. Alternative you can Contact Us

Q. What is the minimum order?
A. There is no minimum order value but carriage charges £7.00 will apply order below £100.

Q. How do I cancel or amend my order?
A. If you wish to cancel or amend your order you will need to Contact Us as soon as possible on 020 8500 9199 (9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

Q. What´s the situation regarding delivery?
A. All deliveries are sent via courier service and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 5.30pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days; outside UK mainland will be 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time please contact the Customer Service Team on 020 8500 9199 (9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

Q. Some items are missing from my order?
A. If there is any discrepancy in your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible on 020 8500 9199 (9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

Q. The goods delivered are damaged or faulty?
A. Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery we will either

  • Refund you the value of the faulty items OR
  • Send out replacements at our own expense
You must be willing to send pictures of the faulty items to shop@finelinesuk.com. This allows us to validify the fault in the items & provides us with evidence that we can show our courier service or supplier to minimise the chance of damage/fault occurring again.  If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
