Shipping Policy (UK)

  • We offer free shipping on all orders over £100!
  • Orders under £100. Will be subject to a standard shipping rate of £15.
  • All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. You will be alerted when your order has been dispatched via e-mail with a tracking number.
  • Large orders which need to be packed in more than 1 box may arrive at different times. You will be able to track each consignment with its unique tracking number.

All deliveries are sent via a courier service and delivered from Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 5.30pm. The standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days (excluding public holidays) upon receipt of order. If you have still not received your order after this time please contact the Customer Service Team on 020 8500 9199 (9.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

Shipping Policy (Outside UK)

We have partnered with Faire to fulfil all our international orders. As a thank you for signing up to fair will will receive 

  • €100 off for all European retailers, £100 for UK retailers, US$100 for U.S. and Canadian retailers. Credit is only available to retailers new to Faire.
  • Free shipping for 1 year
  • Buy now Pay in 60 days

Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery we will either

  • Refund you the value of the faulty items OR
  • Send out replacements at our own expense

You must be willing to send pictures of the faulty items to shop@finelinesuk.com. This allows us to validitate the fault in the items & provides us with evidence that we can show our courier service or supplier to minimise the chance of damage/fault occurring again.  If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
