Q: How do I become a trade customer?
- UK Customers only via Website: Buy our products in bulk directly through our website. We offer free shipping on orders over £100, dispatched within 2 working days.
- UK Customers with 90-Day Payment Terms: For orders over £1000 with a minimum of 12 pieces per product, provide your company details (Name, Registration Number, VAT Number if applicable). We will send you our catalog, and you can email your order details to us.
- International Customers with Up to 60-Day Payment Terms: Visit our store on Faire.com. Create an account to access free shipping and our full range of products.

Our customer service team is available from 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Orders can be placed online at any time.

Q: I am a retail customer, can I purchase from this website?
We are a wholesale company aiming to sell to businesses, but retail customers are welcome. Please note a delivery cost of £15.00 for orders under £100.

Q: What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order value, but carriage charges of £15.00 will apply to orders below £100.

Deliveries are sent via courier service, Monday to Friday, between 9.30am – 5.30pm. Standard delivery time for UK mainland is 1-2 working days; outside UK mainland is 3-5 working days (excluding public holidays). If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please contact our Customer Service Team.
Q: Can I specify a delivery time?
Delivery times are generally between 9.30am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact delivery time within this window. For special delivery requests, please contact our customer service team.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Our website is designed for UK customers only. International customers can visit our store on Faire.com for purchasing our products.
Returns and Refunds:

If you need to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
